hd Brows Foxy Palette Review

I wanted to get this review right.  I needed to properly test this product and not get carried away with all the hd brows hype.  I received my kit in my Glamour box but you can also buy them here.

The thought of applying what is basically eyeshadow on the eyebrows seemed a little daunting at first to this dedicated brow pen or pencil wearer (my previous favourites being Boots' 17 eyebrow shaper and GOSH Long lasting brow pen).  When it comes to a pen or pencil eyebrow shaper, it's pretty straight forward, you just sweep the product on and you're good-to-go.  A shadow palette seems more technical but I found it's easy to get the hang of it.

I've been using this palette every day religiously for the past two months and can safely say that I LOVE this kit!  Powder seems to be much more forgiving to apply; harsh lines are a lot less likely and if you do make any mistakes, you can correct them without ruining the rest of your makeup!
I have tried other eyebrow palettes in the past, notably the MUA eye brow kit, but no others have lasted so well.  I can apply the hd brow kit at 8 in the morning and it will still look as fresh as it did when I first applied it at 8pm!
The kit has four colours and a double-ended applicator, one end being rounded and the other slanted.

The colours are labelled Nude, Carbon, Warm Brown and Dark Brown.

I've taken before and after pictures for colour reference only (apologies for the rushed job and bushy eyebrows, I am fully aware that they are in need of some TLC)
Before (No makeup):

I like to use the warm brown during the day for more of a casual look:

And the dark brown for nights out or when I just want to feel a bit more glam:

I haven't really ventured into using the carbon or the nude shades but I do like to mix the two browns to get a nice in-between brown.
Overall, although this palette is nearly £20 (not very nice on a students budget), I believe this product is well-worth the money, you need to use a tiny dab once a day and even after using it for over two months I am nowhere near hitting-pan.  Nice eyebrows do really finish off a make-up look and frame the face so perfectly.  The 'foxy' hd brows palette is a truly fantastic product and well-deserving of its "cult classic" status.
